This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, and we’re looking for someone who is forward-thinking, adaptable , and has strong time management skills, exceptional attention to detail , and the ability to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to Directors and Management as needed
- Manage and maintain executive schedules and calendars
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives
- Arrange domestic travel, meetings, and conferences
- Assist with both professional and personal ad-hoc projects
About You – Skills & Experience Required :
