We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Staff Augmentation Services business. This is a remote contract position, ideal for self‑motivated professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and can build long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for staff augmentation services across IT, SAP, engineering, and other professional domains.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision‑makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads) at client organizations.
- Understand client requirements, present customized proposals, and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client demands.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and client performance metrics.
- Participate in RFPs, bids, and pricing discussions as required.
