Systems Analyst

Th e Opportunity

This exciting opportunity will involve developing and maintaining a deep understanding of business processes and information requirements across various enterprise-wide applications. You will support the efficient utilisation and adaptation of these applications to meet identified business needs. In addition, you will :

• Modify, configure, and administer applications and their interfaces.
• Provide 2nd level support for applications and their interfaces, including incident management, fault analysis, and configuration changes.
• Contribute to translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications for vendor quotes and implementation upon approval.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise (SME) in the portfolio of supported applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements for implementation.
• Maintain application performance through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the transition of project initiatives into operational support and contribute to planning and process documentation.
