This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term ASAP

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Division is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and committed person to join the ICT Risk and Resource Planning branch to support the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for schools.

The successful person will provide business and technical input into design and improvements and will supervise the development and implementation of the schools standard operating environment. They will provide consultancy services to development groups and other internal and external stakeholders regarding information system needs, architecture direction and processes, particularly in relation to SOE.

The successful person will undertake research and analysis and in consultation with identified stakeholders, contribute to the technology needs of schools and central and regional offices and the development and implementation of appropriate policies, frameworks, practices and standards and related services.

The successful person will have a well-developed understanding of the interaction of technical components in complex business and technical systems with the ability to translate understanding into architectural design, operational and governance recommendations. They will also assist with identifying and managing the mitigation of risks in delivering technical and information ICT services.
