What You'll Do : Work in a hybrid role that allows you to work in a salon while staying creative and helping others shine. Travel across all locations to coach our team on building their personal brand and boosting their social presence.

• Develop professional presence in stylists
• Enhance communication and client interaction skills
• Coach confidence, charisma, and personal presentation
• Strengthen stylist attitude, mindset, and salon behavior
• Build confidence and a positive client-facing persona
• Train in new social media trends

Plan and execute model and influencer partnerships aligned with our salon's marketing strategy.

You'll Be Perfect If You : Are a qualified hairdresser with strong communication skills, possessing a standout personality that naturally connects with people.

Love content creation, storytelling, and video editing.

Understand branding—what makes a stylist stand out and connect with an audience.

Can teach others how to show up authentically online and in salon.

Are organized, self-motivated, and enjoy working across all creative roles.
