About the Roles
We’re looking for two Administration Officers to support the day-to-day running of our Maroochydore office—helping our clinical and non-clinical teams deliver person-centred care.
The Clinical Care Coordination (CCC) Administration Officer will work full-time and support a busy multidisciplinary team delivering care to people with complex mental health needs.The Way Back (TWB) Administration Officer will work part-time and support both The Way Back Program and the Friends and Family Support Program, which empower people navigating suicidal crisis and their support networks.Both positions are based in the Maroochydore CBD on Gubbi Gubbi and Kabi Kabi Country.
What You’ll Be Doing
Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and their families. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, teams stay supported, and services remain efficient and welcoming.
Manage referral inboxes, triage, and coordinate stakeholder meetingsMaintain accurate client records, filing systems, and data collectionTake minutes at operational and clinical meetings, and coordinate follow-upsWelcome and assist clients, families, and service visitorsSupport general bookings, office upkeep, and resource developmentContribute to reporting and program tracking (TWB role)What You’ll Bring
