About the Role
Join Australia's leading sustainable materials supplier as a Senior Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic. This leadership role involves maintaining and repairing our road transport fleet, earthmoving equipment, and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and repair of trucks and heavy earthmoving machinery.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Oversee inspections to ensure safety and operational standards.
- Manage replacement of worn or damaged parts.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate vehicle records.
- Mentor and guide junior mechanics.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports.

Qualified Senior Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic with extensive experience.Passionate about mentoring and developing junior team members.Experience with A / C and electrical systems.Committed to safety and workshop efficiency.Experience with heavy equipment (trucks, earthmoving machinery) preferred.Knowledge of Kenworth / Mack / Volvo (preferred but not essential).Enjoys working in a clean, modern workshop.Team-oriented and safety-focused.All applicants must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. Random testing is conducted on all premises.
