Accounts Clerk

Overview

Ferntree Gully Toyota & Waverley Toyota are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team based in Ferntree Gully.

Ferntree Gully Toyota is part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive , employing over 8,000 team members across 250 dealerships within Australia and New Zealand. We represent over 33 car brands and 11 truck & bus brands, priding ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Entering of creditor invoices and maintaining vendor files
• Processing and managing daily / weekly / monthly payment runs to suppliers
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up discrepancies and queries
• Maintain organised and up to date record keeping for internal audit and compliance
• Liaise with other internal departments regarding outstanding payments
• Issuing monthly statements and chasing up of outstanding invoices
• Monday to Friday role with no weekend work
• Free parking
