Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations SA / WA, the Operations Manager provides clinical operations leadership and support to our General Managers in South Australia.

Key Focus

• Provide strong leadership and coaching to the General Managers & Care Managers to ensure quality resident services, achievement of financial, business and people objectives and implementation of operational plans.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care and other relevant legislation.
• Establish a continuous improvement mind‑set to ensure current systems are achieving compliance, consistency and sustainability.
• Provide guidance and direction to General Managers and Care Managers to develop marketing strategies and relationships with external providers, hospitals and placement agencies to maintain Home occupancy.
• Exemplify strong leadership and provide guidance, coaching and feedback to promote development of team members.
• Assume a leadership role in workforce planning at all of your Homes, including recruitment, leave management, succession planning, rostering and performance management.
