About the Opportunity
The Enrolled Nurse is an integral part of the nursing team, working under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to support and care for patients. In this role you will :
Deliver patient‑centred care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s professional standards.
Assist with patient assessments, monitoring health status, and reporting accurate healthcare information.
Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Participate in health care planning and evaluation to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Engage in quality improvement activities while providing exceptional customer service.
