Are you passionate about client success, technical innovation, and building lasting partnerships? A2B Australia / MTI is looking for a dynamic Client Success Specialist to join our ANZ team, someone eager to grow into a future leadership role as part of our long-term succession strategy.

About the Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be at the frontline of ensuring our customers get the most out of MTI’s solutions. From onboarding and product implementation to ongoing support and client engagement, your role will be pivotal in helping our partners thrive while developing the skills and experience to eventually step into a leadership position.

You’ll be part of a strategic succession plan to fill future key roles within MTI by 2027. That means mentorship, hands-on training, cross-functional exposure, and access to leadership development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Engagement & Retention
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, operational meetings, and training sessions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimise client outcomes and ROI.
  • Customer Support & Technical Services
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support across MTI software and hardware.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve incidents with clear, timely communication.
  • Be part of a rotating roster for 24 / 7 emergency support and system health monitoring.
  • Implementation & Growth
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and rolling out new features or upgrades.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support new sales efforts across ANZ.
  • Contribute to project delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Pathway
  • Shadow key personnel and take part in structured leadership training.
  • Represent MTI at conferences and industry events.
  • Learn the ropes of client management, project planning, and internal team leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills under pressure.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
  • Bonus : project scheduling experience or involvement in leadership programs.
