Guardian Coopers Plains features expansive and light-filled indoor / outdoor play areas equipped with Reggio-inspired materials and resources, huge windows which connect the children with the community and educators who will lead structured and unstructured learning experiences which develop each child's natural skills and curiosity.

• The Opportunity
• We are searching for a Diploma qualified educator who is passionate about embedding culture and creating an environment of care and growth, for children and themselves. We are a vibrant, 7 studio centre with educators and children from around the world, and we love to celebrate the things that make us unique and special. We function with a growth focused mindset, that encourages curiosity and critical thinking, and love to support each other to develop new skills.
• Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
• Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
• Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
• Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
• To be considered, you will have
• A completed Diploma in Children's Services
• Prior experience in long day-care
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
• Current Working with Children's Check.
