  • The Role
  • You will assist Senior Managers in a busy portfolio with 210 rent rolls, using Property Me Software.

  • Tasks include but are not limited to
  • Assist Senior Managers busy portfolio
  • Work autonomously
  • Managing and co-ordinating advertising and marketing of properties
  • Lease renewals and rental increases
  • Potential tenant reference checking
  • Organising maintenance work orders
  • Preparing lease and renewal documentation
  • Manage invoice process
  • Conducting Open for Inspections
  • Responding to enquiries
  • General assistance to the rental team
  • About You
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Current Victorian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
  • Some experience managing your own portfolio
  • Knowledge in PropertyMe would be an advantage but not essential
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer, analytical, and task management skills
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
