As a Deputy Delivery Lead - Supply Chain Management, you will play a crucial role in translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution especially in large, complex organisations.

The resource must have experience in the implementation of complex SAP S4/HANA Supply Chain Management domain within a Commonwealth environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

• Responsible for assuring and supporting the related functional domain delivery of ERP Program enterprise component across Tranche 1, 2 and 3 by SIs and Delivery Partners, ensuring outcomes are aligned to stakeholder requirements, program schedule and the ERP Program governance framework.
• Responsible for assuring and supporting the related functional domain delivery of SAP best practice end-to-end process design, build, testing, data conversion, training and cutover, ensuring solution outcomes and leveraging ERP delivery experience and insight to identify opportunities and challenges in program delivery plans, SAP solution expertise to help guide our client to optimum Program outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate across the Program Phase cycle, utilise in depth Functional Domain knowledge including the resolution of complex design and functional issues to support Tranche 1, 2 and 3 release activities with a particular focus on balancing the quality of proposed functional solutions with ERP design principles, service quality, and systems management considerations.
• Encompass Delivery Leadership accountabilities across the related Process Delivery Stream Solution Delivery management by providing governance and assurance over the functional domain program delivery, across the Release Program lifecycle activities including oversight and assurance of functional activities and drive Solution Delivery overall risk, assumptions, dependencies, decision, issues and change ensuring solutions to problems are implemented in line with approved Program methodologies
• Providing SAP Enterprise specialist advice and project management including people management ensuring transparency, collaboration and alignment with endorsed Program methods, tools and processes supporting a high level of data quality and associated deliverables/work products are fit for purpose

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years' experience and demonstrated skills in complex related functional domain ICT ERP SAP transformation across the suite of SAP applications facilitating analysis of business requirements and an ability to convert business requirements into SAP system requirements for configuration by the vendor.
• Minimum 8 years of proven team leadership experience, preferable across a range of SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead roles such as Project Management and Functional Team Leadership.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of SAP Best Practice business processes and optimised SAP solution design from an end user perspective as well understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience
