Job descriptionStakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and provide financial partnership Budgeting – Support the annual budget process and work with department heads to develop accurate forecasts Forecasting – Prepare rolling forecasts and provide insights on financial performance and trends Financial Analysis – Conduct detailed analysis on business performance, variances, and key metrics Reporting – Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making Business Partnering – Work closely with operational teams to understand drivers and provide commercial insights Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role Strong budgeting and forecasting experience Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial modeling Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth industries advantageous Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field
