What’s the role?

Join a team of passionate engineers and technologists on a multi-year journey to transform our core customer technology stack. As a Solution Designer – Informatica , you’ll lead the design of scalable, high-performance ETL solutions that power our data transformation agenda. We embrace collaboration, innovation, and agile methodologies to shape the future of our technology landscape—be part of something big.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design robust ETL solutions using Informatica, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ETL developers, promoting best practices in data engineering.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development workflows and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Offer expert advice on technical issues, solutions, and best practices across development teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support their technical and professional growth.
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex cross-platform service issues during the application lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Westpac’s standards and regulatory obligations.
