Senior Commercial and Contracts manager

About the Opportunity

Our Client is currently seeking a proven Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager to lead and support project teams across multiple infrastructure and construction projects. You'll take ownership of contract administration, claims management, project controls alignment, and commercial closeout, while building and guiding a high-performing commercial team.

This is a key leadership role for a commercially savvy professional with contractor-side experience on major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead commercial strategy and execution across several concurrent projects
• Oversee Head Contract compliance, notices, variations, EOTs, and remeasurement claims
• Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals
• Support project teams with contract interpretation, risk management, and commercial decision-making
• Administer and negotiate subcontract agreements through to closeout
• Align commercial reporting with cost control and forecasting processes
