Immediate supervisor : Assistant Director, ERP Applications Services - HR technology Stream
Under limited / general direction undertake duties in accordance with the agreed standards for the Parliamentary Service Level 6 classification. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following :
1. Support and maintain the core configuration and transports between environments in the HRIS Applications, including Establishments, personnel administration, time and attendance, payroll definitions.
2. Drive continuous improvements and innovation across the ERP Application function, including end-to-end implementation of existing / new functionality where applicable.
3. Triage and prioritise incoming work, performance and training management with ability to adapt to constantly changing environments and lead through uncertainty.
4. High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to create and modify targeted and complex messages to diverse audiences.
5. Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple business areas and to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Salary
Currently, the salary range for this position is $94,259 - $105,941 per annum.
