Your Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Glenroy youll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include clinic-based service development supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
Key responsibilities :
- Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings.
- Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement.
- Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
- Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
- Contribute to service development and research initiatives.
