Job description

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will support management across a range of legal and business matters, ensuring the smooth drafting, execution, and management of contracts and agreements. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate business records, overseeing asset management, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide ongoing legal and contract support to management across all areas of the business.
  • Draft, review, finalise, and execute a range of documents including quotations, hire agreements, master agreements, service agreements, tenders, pre-qualifications, trading terms, cross-hire agreements, and public company documentation.
  • Ensure all company documentation and processes comply with internal policies and external requirements.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate business records, including asset registers and ATO documentation.
  • Oversee asset management, including acquisitions, disposals, registrations, insurance, and PPSR compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained for both internal and external use, including tender submissions.
  • Meet project and client deadlines with a high level of professionalism.

Essential Requirements :

  • Proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of legal document management, contract terms, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
