Job descriptionCompetitive Salary Annual Centre Director Leadership Retreat Annual Milestone Bonuses Purpose built centre, state of the art centre Development and Training Updated systems Discounted childcare Values driven Leadership team Full support from a well established Head Office team including leadership structure, and Marketing, Recruitment, and Enrolments dedicated teams What we are looking for Bachelor / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised) Experience with staff development and leadership First Aid / CPR and WWCC Unlimited work rights in Australia Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Ability to develop a QIP Experience in working towards the leading of an Exceeding Centre The drive for high-quality education & care Previous experience in similar role
