About the role : We are seeking a dynamic Lobby Host to be the face of our front-of-house operations at a prestigious corporate facility in Sydney CBD.

You'll actively engage with stakeholders, support events, and deliver exceptional workplace experiences.

Working with our Workplace Experience Manager, you'll create a welcoming environment while supporting various operational activities in a role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and staff with exceptional customer service, including name badge management and meeting room escorts.

Manage incoming calls, visitor access badges, and meeting room bookings.

Handle courier distribution, mail processing, and car parking requests.

Support new starter processes including access badges, parking, inductions, and equipment setup.

Conduct daily site inspections and maintain consumables inventory.

Collaborate on office events including catering coordination and room setups.

Manage IT hardware assets and maintain accurate records.

Assist with administrative tasks and facility-related issues.

Build effective relationships across all organisational levels.

Participate in emergency situations and ensure HSE compliance.

Skills Required

Proven customer service and stakeholder engagement experience.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing situations.

Team collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Basic understanding of facilities services is preferred but not essential.
