Position Summary

• Located 2 hours from Brisbane and 1 hour from Toowoomoba an opportunity exists for an experienced General Practitioner to join a privately-owned, mixed billing accredited medical practice.
• The location is classified DPA and is suitable for doctors on the MDRAP and PEP
• You will work alongside friendly staff memebers and add value to a warm and welcoming community
• Operating hours:
• The centre offers a wide range of medical services for all members of the family:
  • All Family Medicine (Including Men’s & Women’s Health and Children’s health)
  • Childhood vaccinations & immunisations (Government & private)
  • Women’s Health
  • Vaccinations / Immunisations
  • Chronic Disease Management (Asthma, diabetes, obesity, etc)
  • Mental Health Care Planning (psychology & psychiatry)
  • Indigenous Health
  • Skin Cancer Clinic
  • Mole Checks
  • Complete Skin Checks
  • Sexual Health
  • LGBTI Health
  • Allied Health
  • Accredited Dietician
  • Medical Assessments (pre-employment, workplace, health assessments, etc)

• Remuneration is 70% of billings with $1300 per day retainer for 12 weeks

Essential Criteria

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Vocational Registration (FRACGP
• FACRRM
• FRNZCGP)
• Full Australian Work Rights
• General Practice experience in Australia
• Passion and commitment to providing a high level of care to patients
