Join our established and growing business as a Forklift Operator at our Mackay depot. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for moving our freight with a focus on safely loading and unloading tautliners. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with proven experience in loading multiple trailers.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Position : Full-time, Permanent

Hours : Monday to Friday | 7am start

Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently and safely unload / reload general freight from body trucks and trailers
  • Ensure trailers are maximised for linehaul transportation
  • Follow a postcode sheet to place unloaded freight into the correct bays
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and scan freight to track movements
  • Maintain a steady work pace to meet departure times and maintain accuracy
  • Adhere to established safety standards and guidelines

    • Qualifications

    What You Need :

  • Current forklift licence
  • Previous experience in a similar structured environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a postcode sheet for correct freight placement
  • Ability to pass a criminal history check
