Based in Canberra, you will support our clients in the government, health, human services, education and defence sectors to build meaningful capability and address some of their most challenging workforce issues.
Your key responsibilitiesConduct research, analysis, and client interviews, developing recommendations and reports, prepare stakeholder presentationsSupport the delivery of challenging projects across a range of diverse organisations within government and defenceContribute to the development of proposals and tender responsesSupport the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities.What we are looking forExperience in a consulting, policy, change, business or strategic HR role.
