We work globally and collaborate to bring professional teams together to address complex issues relating to organisation transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing people agenda and role of HR in support of business strategy. Our EY professionals ask better questions and work with clients to create holistic, innovative answers that deliver value for our clients.

As a Manager you will lead and be a part of a team in the delivery of workforce strategy, workforce planning and development, change and communication, organisation design and human resources transformation. Based in Canberra, you will support our clients in the government, health, human services, education and defence sectors to build meaningful capability and address some of their most challenging workforce issues.
