The Role
Centacare's Whyalla site presents an opportunity for an experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to join us on a casual basis. We offer services including the Independent Living Program in their own accommodation of choice, and 24 / 7 supported accommodation services. In this role, you'll assist our clients by providing services and support aimed at maximizing their independence at home and in the community. You'll also help strengthen their relationships with family and social networks and facilitate opportunities for them to work towards achieving personal goals.

About You
As an experienced support worker dedicated to helping people with disabilities, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and demonstrate a strong commitment to a person-centred approach. Your genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities will shine through as you assist them in achieving their goals and fostering the development of new skills.
