We're looking for a passionate digital marketer who’s ready to lead high-impact campaigns and take ownership of performance across key digital channels. This role is about driving results—whether it’s increasing ROI on paid search, optimizing email journeys, or leading new customer acquisition strategies. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our digital approach and the support to bring big ideas to life.

As part of the digital team, you’ll collaborate with smart, capable people focused on doing great work, who also enjoy puppy zooms or kitten content brainstorms. The Opportunity based in South Melbourne support office

  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including Paid Search, Email, Social Media campaigns, Display Advertising, and other channels.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs, track performance, analyze outcomes, and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement across digital channels.
  • Monitor and assess digital marketing campaign performance against objectives, ROI targets, and KPIs.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and insights, leveraging data to optimize campaign spend and performance.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and conversion tests to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Communication or related field.
  • Experience as a digital marketing manager in a similar environment.
  • Proven success in running direct response campaigns for ecommerce, including SEM, affiliates, email, social media, and offline channels.
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google My Business.
