Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines – desirable but not essentialCurrent Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environmentKnowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time Our Place / Early Years Learning Framework, and National Law / RegulationsStrong oral and written communication skills within the workplaceWillingness to take Child Protection Training as requiredOur Commitment to Keeping our Staff and Children Safe
