Western Haematology & Oncology Clinic (WHOC) was designed with patient involvement. All 14 treatment bays offer patients a relaxing view of Totterdell Park, which links to our wellness through cancer care philosophy.
We offer onsite specialist consulting suites, pathology collection, laboratory, compounding pharmacy, Perth Blood Institute clinical trials unit, and allied health services (including Dietician, Physiotherapy, and Clinical Psychology).
The Patient Services Assistant works under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager to provide a high standard of clinical and patient support services, environmental cleaning and catering services.
The role of this position is to deliver a high standard of patient support services and environmental cleaning to assist the hospital to meet its clinical, operational business and strategic, legislative, and health care standards and objectives.
Currently this position is required to work on Tuesday & Thursdays (7am – 2.30pm) as a start, though this is subject to increase depending on business needs.
