About the opportunity

Its a great time to be part of the imageseven team. Were in the midst of growth with plenty of exciting projects on the go. To support us in our next phase we are inviting Expressions of Interest for an upcoming opportunity as a Marketing Coordinator based within one of Victorias leading independent schools as part of our internal embedded team.

In this role youll work closely with the schools Director of Advancement and the imageseven team to coordinate day-to-day marketing activities that bring the schools story to life. This role will suit someone with creative energy strong attention to detail and a love for organisation and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include :

Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns newsletters website updates and social media content.

Coordinating photo and video shoots events and enrolment activities.

Assisting in the creation and proofing of marketing materials to ensure brand accuracy and quality.

Helping manage marketing assets and digital resources.

Conducting research and monitoring trends to identify opportunities for engagement.

Maintaining marketing reports project documentation and administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the Advancement office.

About you

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment. You will bring :

One to three years experience in marketing or communications (agency or in-house).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience using digital tools such as Canva WordPress social media platforms or Adobe Creative Suite.

A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.

A tertiary qualification in marketing communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Eligibility to work in Australia.
