LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Joondalup, WA . You will deliver person‑centred behaviour support to individuals with disability under the NDIS, working closely with participants and their support networks to create and implement evidence‑based plans that promote well‑being and independence.
Eligibility
- Tertiary‑level education in a relevant discipline.
- PBS Core or Proficient registration with the NDIS Commission.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in positive behaviour support (preferred).
- Holder or eligible for an Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check.

Develop evidence‑informed positive behaviour support plans aligned with individuals’ goals and NDIS plans.Provide high‑quality support in home and community settings such as schools and group homes.Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical and interpersonal assessments in various environments.Support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills through therapeutic interventions.Complete reporting and administration from home with full flexibility.Qualifications & Experience
