You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy, fast-food or similar restaurant setting
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Previous success in meeting KPIs
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
