Human Resources Coordinator - Build the Future of People & Culture

Your Role : You'll work directly with the leadership team and wider business to roll out key HR initiatives and processes. This is a diverse, generalist role, where no two days will look the same — perfect for someone looking to leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS to streamline and modernise internal processesCoordinate and execute employment agreements and onboarding documentationDesign and roll out a graduate program to attract and develop emerging talentReview and update position descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and competency frameworksAssist in the development of Learning & Development strategies and training pathways

What You'll Bring :

A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture roleSound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and employment complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a growing team
