Warehouse Supervisor

Exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Altona . This role combines team leadership with practical, on-the-floor involvement & is a key support position to the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse operations.

Monday to Friday
Brand New warehouse / facilities
Starting at $75k+ P.A

Day to Day Responsibilities :

Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control measures are in place.

Enforce health, safety, and compliance regulations to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.

Assist the Operations Manager with general warehouse operational needs.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of labour planning & performance management.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A current Forklift (LF) licence
