We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our marketing team at La Sienna, a leading children's wear retailer.

In this full-time role based in our Seven Hills office, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content across our various channels, as well as contributing to our wider content marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Create high-quality, on-brand content including images, videos, and captions to drive engagement with our target audience.
3. Monitor social media analytics and trends to continuously optimize our content strategy.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and initiatives.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and content marketing best practices.
6. Provide administrative support, such as content calendars and performance reporting.

What we're looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in a social media or content marketing role, preferably within the fashion/retail industry.
2. Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop engaging, on-brand content.
3. Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
5. Familiar with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Premiere Pro.
6. A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
