Full Time Eyewear Consultant / Receptionist

At Quinn & Co. Eyecare, we are passionate about eye health and helping others see the world more clearly. We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a full-time eyewear consultant / receptionist. If you’re a self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills and a sense of style, we want to hear from you! Optical experience is preferred, however we're open to training the right person.

Job Responsibilities :

• Meet and greet patients with a smile.
• Answer the phone, book appointments, tend to emails, filing and scanning and other administrative duties.
• Assist patients in selecting appropriate frames and sunglasses, considering their visual needs, prescription requirements, and personal style preferences.
• Provide professional advice and recommendations on lens options to optimise vision and enhance the overall eyewear experience.
• Conduct frame adjustments, repairs, and minor maintenance, ensuring optimal fit and comfort for patients.
• Place and track orders for lenses, frames, and other eyewear accessories, coordinating with external suppliers and maintaining inventory control.
• Collaborate effectively with the optometrists, support staff, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
