How you create impact

You are responsible for leading the warehouse team by directing a diverse inhouse + subcontracted workforce to manage the throughput of customer products, creating a safe working environment and complying with all necessary government / country requirements.

• To oversee the selection, professional development + motivation of all warehouse employees with equitable work distribution
• To closely monitor the performance of any sub-contractors associated with the warehousing function
• To plan, direct + implement warehouse operations, administrative + customer service support to meet productivity + service goals
• To ensure storage capacity utilisation within warehouses is correctly managed. During peak season, throughput + inventory management + back-up procedures should be available to cater to the business surge
• To communicate + coordinate internal / external activities to ensure service performance + quality of work
• To collaborate with Quality, Safety, Health + Environment (QSHE) to manage + maintain the safety + protection of property + people
• To manage continuous improvement projects for the site
• To undertake any other tasks required by management
