Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project objectives.
• Utilise advanced project management software to track project progress, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess construction quality, identify potential hazards, and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimise construction processes.
• Oversee procurement activities, including material sourcing, vendor negotiations, and inventory management, to ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints.
• Analyse project performance metrics and implement data‑driven strategies to optimise resource allocation and enhance project efficiency.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by providing technical guidance, conducting training sessions, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration among project teams.
