Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations

people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity a Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations to work for a  State Government Department . This is an initial 3 month assignment , with potential to extend, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Doncaster , offering hybrid work arrangements.

Duties :

• Assist with the end to end re-deployment process
• Research and investigate queries from managers, employees and unions
• Identify and report on emerging employee relations issues
• Support and coach managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes
