We’re looking for a Garden Maintenance  Apprentice  to join our growing team. Base on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, you'll assist with the ongoing care of some of the regions most beautiful private gardens, learning from Smart Landscapes experienced management team while you develop your skills in Horticulture.

About the Role

You’ll be part of our garden maintenance crew, helping care for some of the most impressive residential properties on the Peninsula. You’ll learn the right way to do things—from plant health and pruning to turf care and detail work —with experienced mentors guiding your growth every step of the way.

You’ll be :

• Working hands-on in a variety of beautiful gardens
• Learning and applying proper horticultural practices
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
• Building a solid future in a growing industry
