Currently, we are engaged with a leading Gambling / Entertainment organisation operating on a national scale. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking to onboard multiple talented Desktop Support Engineers for contract or permanent positions. These roles can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.
Responsibilities in this role include :
Providing first-line technical support to end users across Windows and Mac systems
Configuring and deploying hardware and software devices
Resolving technical issues via email, phone, and in person
Maintaining a detailed asset management record database and ensuring devices meet compliance standards
Collaborating with infrastructure and security teams
Assisting with onboarding / offboarding processes and system access provisioning
Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
Qualifications and skills required :
At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows and macOS
Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and JAMF
Strong technical acumen with problem-solving skills
Experience with Office 365, network troubleshooting, and VPN support
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in hybrid, fast-paced environments
Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Industry-related certifications such as MCSA or CCNA are highly regarded.
