Club Attendant - Casual Opportunities

The Lakemba Club is a place where you can really get to know your customers and build genuine rapport. It’s a great community to be a part of.

About the Role

Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons and guests
Greeting and welcoming guests to the Club
Upselling of products and membership services
Assisting patron enquiries and providing accurate information on club activities
Processing and delivering orders via tray and bar service
Preparing food and beverages within the café
Maintaining general cleanliness and presentation of the Club

Qualifications and Skills

Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)

Full working rights in Australia

Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

Previous barista experience (desirable)

Previous experience in TAB or Keno (desirable)

Excellent communication skills

Exceptional grooming and presentation

Flexibility to work a rotating 24‑hour, 7‑day week roster including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays
