Responsibilities :

• Be the face of Cars24 to our customers when customers book a test drive at site
• Go above and beyond to delight and amaze our customers with a warm attitude exceptional communication skills and a highly professional demeanor so much so that they would want to tell their friends all about their experience with Cars24
• Be able to build trust with your customers by being timely reliable and communicative no problem is too hard for you.
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection and delivered on the right delivery vehicle and route to the right person on file with the right specifications
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team on administrative tasks and ensure all paperwork required at the point of handover is completed smoothly with minimal hassle
• Be willing to learn how to assess a car for delivery or pickup; we will provide training and operating protocols to guide you
• Help shape and support the development of customerfacing processes in our new business were writing the playbook as we go
• Customer satisfaction metrics will be your performance indicator
• Conduct test drives with customers and be a great listener ask the right questions and close the sale.
