Our team is growing! We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a leading HR SaaS company and build the foundation for a successful sales career in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads for our existing business team.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and represent the value of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in our Salesforce.

Desired Skills And Experience

• 1‑2 years outbound sales experience – highly regarded B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Strong customer service background
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ambitious results driven nature
• Hungry and motivated to grow, learn and work your way up!
