Located in the quaint town of Balgownie, this historic hotel is set between an escarpment and the ocean, offering picturesque 180 degree views of the stunning landscape. We’re on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to help lead our passionate team and keep the venue running smoothly. If you love creating memorable experiences, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have a knack for leadership, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open / close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat You’ll Need
Hospitality / Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gamingAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsCurrent industry RSA and RSG / RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essentialThe benefits are good too!
