Anglicare's Client Service Centre is the first point of contact for our clients, carers, and community stakeholders. We operate a highly efficient and busy call centre whilst priding ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service on every call.

We are looking for a Full Time Client Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis in Eight Mile Plains.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a call centre background who is looking for a fast-paced & fulfilling community engagement role, who is also looking for the flexibility of office and home based work with an 80 / 20 WFH option.

Your role in supporting Anglicare will include :

• Acting as the first point of contact for elderly and vulnerable clients of Anglicare.
• Liaising with medical centre, hospitals, and other stakeholders to set up in home support services.
• Connecting prospective clients with services such as Personal care, Domestic support, and many other in-home supports.
• Assisting clients in other areas of the community with general queries around You Be You Foster care and Mental Health and First Aid Inquires.
• Liaising with My Aged care and other government agencies to effectively manage client referrals.
• Most importantly you will establish a connection with our clients through a personalised and positive customer experience that reflects the Anglicare brand of Love, Care Hope and Humility.
