• Requirements Translator : Evaluate user requests and business specifications, then design screens and solutions that meet thereal operationalneeds.
• Quality and Testing Partner : Follow documented programming standards and QA procedures, complete system testing, and support acceptance testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem Solver : Troubleshoot issues by recreating user steps,identifyingroot causes, and implementing effective fixes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Team and User Support : Provide technicalassistanceto the help desk and users, and work with other team members to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
