Job descriptionConfident communicator with clear verbal skills Comfortable speaking with customers and answering phones Able to perform basic maths accurately Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work Comfortable operating machinery (training provided where required) Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential A manual car license would be an advantage, but is not essential $30 per hour + penalties (base rate) Opportunity to increase earnings over time based on performance and skills Overtime opportunities available over time for the right candidate, depending on workload Full‑time, ongoing position Training provided Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a business that is expanding
Foam Cutter / Factory Hand – Full Time
Specialty Foams is seeking a reliable and motivated Foam Cutter / Factory Hand to join our team in Bibra Lake. We are looking to expand the business further, creating long‑term opportunities for the right person.
This is a full‑time, hands‑on role combining factory work with customer interaction in a fast‑moving environment.

- Cutting and preparing foam products to specifications
- General factory and production duties
- Speaking with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Understanding customer requirements and product needs
- Using basic maths for measurements and job details
