Our client, a reputable not-for-profit organisation based near Brisbane CBD, is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. They are currently seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to help optimise internal processes and enhance service delivery.

Role Overview :

Our client is looking for a driven and hard-working Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month day rate contract. The ideal candidate will be autonomous and skilled in business process analysis and improvement, with expertise in Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). The role involves identifying pain points across various departments, modeling current and future business processes, and assisting in prioritising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough business process analysis across different departments.
• Identify pain points and inefficiencies in current processes.
• Develop detailed business process models using BPMN, including "as-is" and "to-be" states.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a structured priority list of initiatives.
• Focus on high-priority areas to deliver impactful improvements.
• Provide recommendations for process optimisation and best practices.
• Document findings and present them to senior management.
