Territory Manager (FMCG) - 15 Month Contract
Connect APAC are delighted to partner with a global, Iconic Food Manufacturer in their search for a Territory Manager for their Sydney based team. This organisation is one of the world's largest FMCG organisations with a market leading portfolio of confectionary brands. Reporting into the Senior Area Sales Manager (NSW), this role is a 15 month paternity leave cover, responsible for managing a territory in the Parramatta and Western Suburbs location. The role would be ideal for someone seeking a long term contract role with experience in the FMCG / Consumer Goods Industry as a Sales Rep / Territory Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure Quality, Freshness and Standards of in-store execution are met according to the Field Action Standards set under the My Perfect Store Guidelines
- Develop plan to achieve all display and associated targets as outlined in the Activity Execution Guide set for each event
- Ensure the minimum call frequency is achieved across all channels
- Ensure the achievement of all assigned Territory targets with all information captured correctly – maintaining accuracy and integrity of all data inputs
- Identify and propose development of business growth opportunities in the assigned area
- Builds and maintain relationships with store managers in order to maximise sales opportunities each session
- Meet Key customer contacts to Upsell major activities and negotiate additional stock allocations across all Stores
- Ensure the Availability of all POS Material for activations in-store
- Ensure all field processes (Sales Force Automation) are completed accurately and honestly as required
- Ensure all head office agreed activities (including POG’s & NPD) implemented and all store level compliance expectations are met
- Report to Senior Area Sales Manager field activities performance and the proper accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail prices trends
- Monitor the field activities performance and the proper accomplishment of sales and activity targets
- Monitor field performance through Perfect Store and activity reporting on a monthly basis
Key Requirements :
